1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under UK and EU consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason or no reason at all.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return your order:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions
  4. Return the unopened, undamaged product in original packaging
  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item

3. Conditions for Return

For food supplements, UK and EU law permit returns of unopened products only. The product must:

  • Be unopened and in original condition
  • Retain all original packaging, seals, and labels
  • Include any documentation that came with it

Opened or tampered products cannot be accepted for refund for health and safety reasons.

4. Return Postage

Return Postage Cost: Customers bear the cost of return postage (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged on Arrival: If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will cover return postage and provide a replacement at no cost.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will confirm receipt by email
  • We will verify the product meets return conditions
  • Your refund will be issued within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the courier or bank account used at delivery)

Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank or courier to credit the funds to your account.

6. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

7. Refusal at Delivery

You may refuse delivery if the package is damaged, visibly tampered with, or you've changed your mind. In this case, the courier will return it to us, and a refund will be processed automatically.

8. Exceptions & Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Products showing signs of tampering or misuse
  • Products returned beyond the 14-day window
  • Refunds requested more than 60 days after delivery

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Take photographs of the damage if possible
